I think James Allen is trying to say that if you are going to succeed or fail it all depends on your attitude. If you choose to fail your attitude will most likely be angry, rude, and disrespectful. With these attitudes this is a way that you can fail but if you choose to succeed then you attitude will most likely be happy respectful, and honest.
