Military Medical Career

Duties and Responsibilities: Well there are several types of medical careers in the military. Some examples are a general surgeon who examine, diagnose or prescribe course of treatment and surgery for patients. Another example is the Internal Medicine Physician where they examine, diagnose and treat or recommend courses of management for adults with medical illness.

Salary: $250,000

Education: For a Military : Doctor of medicine or doctor osteopathy degree from an accredited U.S school from medicine or osteopathy , Current license to practice medicine in the United States, Completion of at least one year of an approved graduate medical education internship.
