                                                   Nursing Home Administrator
Duties and Responsibilities: Nursing Home Administrators plan and direct operations of nursing homes and long term facilities. They supervise personnel, financial, medical, and nursing administration. A nursing home administrator must have must have effective communication, leadership, and business skills in order to be successful. There are still various responsibilities that a Nursing Home Administrator like 24/7 responsibility for all aspects of care provided, directing the hiring and training of employees, administrate budgets and service rates and much more.

Salary: $40,000-$55,000

Education: Being a Nursing Home Administrator requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in health care administration. Courses may focus on business skills, such as leadership, marketing, operations management, organizational behavior and financial affairs.
