Duties and Responsibilities: A Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing the medical and administrative operations of clinics and other medical facilities and for supervising both clinical and administrative staff. The role of the clinical manager includes recruitment, supervision, and evaluation of medical staff such as a physicians, nurses, and orderlies.

Salary: $73,000

Education: the position of clinical manager generally requires a bachelor’s degree in a field related to the medical administration or health care administration. A clinical director should also have several years of experience working in a medical environment such as a clinic or a doctors office.
