                                                           Student Success Statement
"Nothing in the world can take the place of PERSISTENCE .
TALENT will not ; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent.
GENIUS will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb
EDUCATION will not; the world is full of educated derelicts.
Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan "Press On" has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race."
                                                                President Calvin Coolidge
I think that President Calvin Coolidge is trying to say that persistence can never be replaced by anything else. Not Talent, Genius, or Education. If you want to be successful then you have to have determination and persistence and then you can achieve whatever you want. For example if you want to get good grades in classes then you have to be determined to get that A.
