                                                          Ophthalmic Technician
Duties and Responsibilities: Ophthalmic Technicians or technologists help ophthalmic collect data and measurements to allow the correct diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases and problems. They tend to work in hospitals, clinics, or for ophthalmologist in private practice.

Salary: $14,000 - $25,000


Education: Students that want to get into ophthalmic technician have to have a high school diploma and two years in college to begin the training program. The training program can take up to two years to complete.
